According to animator Mike Kazaleh, since film stock was just a tiny part of the animation budget, the creators decided they might as well shoot them in colour because, hey, colour TV was unavoidable anyway. This, as we now realise, was a very wise choice. The fact that they were taken in colour aided their rerun time dramatically.

It’s one of the most famous anime out there, so we’ll look at some decent anime suggestions like Black Clover. There’s a lot to appreciate about fantasy-action anime, for example, one series about two orphaned boys with varying abilities (and temperaments) embarking on their own quest to become the Wizard King – it’s a typical Shonen Jump affair.
